Carbon Emissions Plan

– Dissonances: Charles Pryor

Charles Pryor is an artist and agroecologist who works at the intersection of agroecosystem resilience, more-than-human storytelling and moving image.

As part of the Open Curriculum dialogues, Susannah Haslam invites Charles into a conversation asking what is carbon, solidarity and the work of art? They discuss the productive and complex dissonance between creative and scientific perspectives in thinking through climate justice, the trouble of carbon capture and green technologies, the capacities of storytelling, the importance of soil, and how we can learn from ecological systems.
